Dr. Harte is also the Associate Director of the School's Center for Food and Pharmaceutical Packaging Research where his research interests include product/package interaction and compatibility, product stability, and optimization of product/process/packaging systems. Dr. Harte is an author and/or co-author of over 50 scientific papers. Dr. Harte has had substantial interaction with the packaging and manufacturing industries and its associations, both in the U.S. and internationally.
