MSU School of Packaging Director, Bruce Harte Bruce Harte : Director of the School of Packaging at Michigan State University. He received his B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from MSU in 1968, his M.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from MSU in 1974, and his Ph.D. Food Science and Human Nutrition, also from MSU in 1979. Before becoming the School of Packaging's director in 1993, Dr. Harte was full professor for the school, as well as an Adjunct Professor for Food Science and Human Nutrition at MSU. more...
