ECONOCORP's NEW semi-automatic ECONOPACKER case packer provides a lower cost, first step to reducing labor and automating the case packing process.
  ECONOCORP, INC. introduces the NEW Econopacker, a cost effective and simple semi-automatic case packing solution that eliminates the need for product handling by the operator.
Cartons enter the collating/upstacking portion of the Econopacker from the system's incoming belt conveyor. The product is then automatically grouped into the proper pack pattern. The operator is simply required to open a case, fold the flaps on one end, place the open end over the loading funnel, and then initiate the machine cycle. The product is then automatically loaded into this positioned case. The case is then pneumatically lowered from the loading area onto its bottom and is then transferred via the exit conveyor to any commercially available top and bottom case taper.
