737C Semi-Automatic Shrink Bundler

With a straight through infeed, this semi-automatic 737C Shrink Bundler shrink wraps individual and random group sizes and packages. The 20" seal jaw opening allows the 737C to accommodate a wide range of product sizes up to 35" wide, 16" long and 20" high. Designed for applications where high speeds are not a requirement, the ARPAC 737C is perfectly suited for on-line packaging or off-load production and distribution.  The 737C can be used with the HVP4/488 Shrink Tunnel to obtain optimum shrink on the finished bundle.

25TW Intermittent Motion Tray Shrink Wrappper

CAPRA 8000LS High Speed Lap Seal Shrink Wrapper

The High-Speed CAPRA 8000LS is ARPAC's new ruggedly constructed continuous motion Horizontal Shrink Wrapping System that operates at speeds up to 140 packages per minute and 140 linear feet per minute. It has a 24" wide end seal, with a 10" high end seal opening, and can also run vertical end seals. This unique form, fill and seal wrapper uses a bottom lap seal via a fixed plow that leaves no excess film to waste. HCF37 Lap Seal Shrink Wrapper for Oversized Products

The Intermittent Motion ARPAC HCF37 Automatic Horizontal Wrappers are ideal for overwrapping large industrial products where total enclosure is required. Capable of reaching speeds up to 15 packages per minute, the HCF37-3 operates by manually or automatically presenting the product to the infeed conveyor. The required spacing can be created either by the machine or upstream of the system. The product is then conveyed through a film forming head and a cross seal is made. A shrink tunnel with a hot plate, located beneath the tunnel belt, seals the film overlap on the bottom of the package. The result is an attractive, totally enclosed product.

PA-Series Automatic Turntable Stretch Wrapping System

The PA-Series Fully-automatic Single Station Pallet Stretch Wrapping System operates in all environments and is fully accessible to fork truck operators without getting off the truck.

This pallet stretch wrapper operates in all environments and provides increased labor efficiency by allowing for the entire wrap sequence to be completed without the forklift operator getting off of the truck. The forklift operator sets the pallet onto the turntable platform and activates the wrapping cycle from a remote pendant with an emergency stop feature.

Upon completion of the cycle, the system automatically clamps, cuts and secures the film to the pallet to prevent it from unraveling. A large 72" diameter turntable, largest in the industry for this model, protects the film clamp from damage during loading and unloading. The PA-Series stretch wrapper is completely portable when used with the portable air compressor.
