Semi-Automatic Labelers

Model 280, Model 550, Model 550e and Model 560 semi-automatic labeler line is a cost effective transition from manual labeling. These great starter machines have made labeling short production runs easy. They are great for first time labeling and can be used in several areas for short trial (product) runs or as back up for primary production lines. The Model 280 HD label dispenser is designed to last years over a conventional dispenser and when used in conjunction with the Auto Labe hot stamp imprinter can imprint and rewind a predetermined amount of pre-printed labels for daily lot codes and expiration dates. The Model 550 and Model 550e, the semi-automatic round product labelers, can label products from 3/8" up to 1 gallon with options for front and back labeling and hot stamp imprinting. The Model 560 for flat and oval products accurately place labels on the top, side or bottom of flat or slightly curved surfaces. Also great for paper and bag products.

Automatic Label Applicators

Model 110 Series fully automatic wipe-on label applicators have been the workforce of the pressure sensitive labeling industry since 1967. Originally developed as a low cost solution to apply pressure sensitive labels by the method of merging labels to products, the Model 110 has been continually upgraded to meet today's demanding labeling needs and is used in virtually every industry for primary and secondary labeling.

The Model's 130 and 140 Blow-On and Tamp-On Labelers offer alternative methods of applying labels when applications warrant. Auto Labe's Model 130 Blow-On Applicator is designed for non-contact applications or where container recessed areas require accurate label placement. Auto Labe's Model 140 automatic Tamp-Down Label Applicator applies a pressure sensitive label utilizing a positive tamp action to ensure complete label adhesion on the product or package. Both machines are designed for continuous motion apply or when needed can apply labels to products that are positioned or indexing.

Auto Labe’s full line of turn-key, economical, automatic labeling systems are designed for various sizes and shapes of products. Labels can be applied to the top, bottom, front or back of various shaped products as well as a full or partial wrap on round products. RFID Label Applicators and RFID Print and Apply Label Applicators

Auto Labe is now offering the Model 110SR RFID label applicator. The model 110SR incorporates the latest RFID reader technology for encoding EPC data directly to an RFID label, prior to application. The 110SR is an "apply only" solution for customers who do not require on-line printing of RFID labels.

Auto Labe also has a full line of print and apply RFID Label applicators. The Model 151R and Model 155R RFID printer applicators also incorporate the latest RFID print engine technology from Sato™, Datamax™, Zebra and Avery Dennison™ and are available in blow-on and tamp-on application technologies.
