BAGGERS / BAGGING MACHINES

Automated Packaging Systems manufactures a comprehensive line of baggers and bagging equipment for hand load, semi-automatic and fully-automatic bag packaging. The company invented the original Autobag® bagging systems and pre-opened bags-on-a-roll more than 40 years ago.

Today, Automated Packaging Systems utilizes advanced technology and innovative engineering designs to lead the industry with high productivity solutions for baggers, void-fill systems, imprinters, infeeds and custom engineered packaging solutions.


IMPRINTERS

Automated Packaging Systems manufactures high speed thermal transfer imprinters designed for easy integration with Autobag® and SidePouch™ baggers and bag packaging systems. These imprinters eliminate the need for a separate label printing operation by printing directly on the poly bag during the bagging process.

Our thermal transfer printers use genuine AutoLabel™ ribbons for optimum printing of high resolution graphics, bar codes, alphanumeric text and custom logos.

INFEEDS – SCALES / COUNTERS / CONVEYORS

Automated Packaging Systems supplies a complete line of infeed systems, including weigh scales, automatic counters, conveyors, and kit packaging systems for integration with the company’s Autobag® and SidePouch™ bag packaging systems. These infeed systems can be used to design a completely automatic bagging operation for maximum productivity and cost savings.

These weigh scales, counters and conveyors will accommodate a wide range of product sizes, shapes, weights and volumes for high speed packaging.


AIRPOUCH VOID-FILL AIR PILLOW SYSTEMS

At the AirPouch Division of Automated Packaging Systems, we live by the “Total Systems Approach”. In addition to high quality, void-fill protective packaging equipment and materials, our systems include world-class service support.

Our void-fill air pillow systems offer high quality alternatives to traditional peanut, foam and paper packing materials. These compact units are available in a variety of semi- to fully-automatic system configurations, and produce durable, puncture-resistant air pillow packing materials in a range of sizes and mil gauges.

AirPouch puncture-resistant air cushions are pre-formed with our innovative and award-winning EZ-Tear™ Perforations for easy handling and faster packing productivity. These void-fill air pillows are environmentally friendly and provide excellent protection, increased product visibility, and reduced shipping costs.


BAG & POUCH MATERIALS

Automated Packaging Systems is the original manufacturer of genuine Autobag® pre-opened bags-on-a-roll, SidePouch™ bags-in-a-box, and AirPouch™ void-fill air pillows. Since 1962, we have been committed to providing the highest quality poly bags with the shortest lead times in the industry.

Our team of technical field service engineers is the largest in the bag packaging industry and backed by a parts and service organization that includes dedicated technical phone support, bagger machine repair, custom engineering and system integration services. We offer customer training classes and provide applications support assistance to help you maximize the productivity of your bag packaging operation.

We stock more than $2 million and 8,000 SKUs in spare parts inventory for fast delivery of any bagging equipment and system accessories you may need. Our in-house art department is also available to help design and print custom graphics for your bags.
