HEAT SHRINK SLEEVE AND TAMPER EVIDENT BAND APPLICATORS

Axon® pioneered the EZ-Seal® system with simplicity, reliability, ease of operation and value as our key objectives. All of our machines may be used for heat shrink sleeve labeling, tamper evident banding, and multi-packing. Our multi-patented technology provides complete control over the bands and sleeves through a unique system of minimal moving mechanisms. The EZ-Seal® solution ensures high production and equipment efficiency. The main frame and the enclosure of all of our machines are constructed with stainless steel. Our convection, radiant and steam tunnels set the standard for performance and value.

Heat Shrink Sleeve label and Band Applicators: EZ-100 Series, EZ-130 Series, EZ-200 Series, EZ-300 Series, EZ- 400 Series, EZ-650 Series and the latest edition high speed applicators the EZ- Seal® 300SL and 600SL.

With thousands of installations around the world, our stretch sleeve label technology enables high volume production and efficiency 24 hours a day. Whether you choose our patented, lower speed intermittent motion ST-1000 or ST-2000 series stretch sleeve applicators, you can be sure that you are investing in the most advanced, reliable and cost effective means of automating your stretch sleeve labeling operations. Our standard stretch sleeve label applicators operate at rates of up to 60 bottles per minute. The main frame and all enclosures of our machines are constructed with stainless steel.
