Robotic Palletizing Equipment

• Palligistics™: Mixed randomly-received or pre-staged palletizing

Systems build to customer order either mixed, layer or rainbow pallets for a total end-of-line “order picking” solution. The basic configuration consists of a robot arm and end-of-arm-tool, PTO (Palletizing-To-Order) software, pallet handling components and other ancillary components, such as a stretch wrapper or bander, as required for the work environment application.

Versa-Cell system provides flexible work-cell automation solutions service single or multiple conveyors and pallets of products. This pre-engineered, user and budget-friendly system addresses operations which want a “entry-level” solution to their production line material handling issues.

The patented RotoCargo system allows operations to automate using the flexibility and technology of robotics, yet build layered pallets of products as fast as conventional equipment. This innovative technology provides faster turn-around for simultaneously palletizing products from multiple production lines – resulting in more productive use of limited space and lowered overhead costs, with little change-over time and greater product handling capabilities. CenPal Centralized Palletizing allows production operations to centrally build homogeneous pallets of products received at random from multiple production lines.  The system automates manual or other palletizing points often spread throughout a plant in locations near main product production and packaging areas to automatically feed all types of products from those multiple areas via conveyor to a new centralized palletizing area.
