FRICTION FEEDERS
The friction feeder is Multifeeder Technology company's primary product. Integrated into system solutions by Multifeeder purchased as off-the-shelf components. Multifeeder friction feeders use only high-quality parts that are designed for 24-hour operation.

AUTOMATIC DROP TABLES
Attached to the discharge of a friction feeder, an ADT is a powerful add-on component that catches, stacks and jogs (straightens) a stack of products and then “drops” the stack, typically into a flighted conveyor or bucket system. This add-on component is used to turbo-charge production rates and is available immediately or as an upgrade path after your initial automation project.

AUTOMATIC PRODUCT LOADERS
The Multifeeder APL is an accessory for the friction feeder that provides the feeding system with increased product infeed capacity. This horizontal conveyor system feeds products into the friction feeder. This accessory reduces labor costs by minimizing the frequency of operator attention. This component is available immediately, or as an upgrade after you have installed the friction feeder.

CATCH TRAYS
The MFT catch tray is a cost-effective component for semi-automated environments. Placed at the end of the friction feeder discharge, the catch tray accumulates batch counted items such as envelopes or copy paper into a stack that is convenient for an operator to handle and further processing. By removing the stack of products from the catch tray, the friction feeder is automatically triggered to rapidly create another stack of products in the catch tray.
