GENERAL - Each of Visual's product lines range from small manual machines for entry-level customers to fully automated systems, which can easily integrate into a high-speed packaging line. BLISTER PACKAGING MACHINERY - The complete product line includes single station; two station shuttle machines, two, four, six and eight-station semi-automatic rotary sealers, six and eight-station fully automatic rotary sealers and sixteen and twenty station fully automatic carousel type sealer. A wide range of standard seal areas are offered from 10" x 12" to 24" x 36". Medical sealing versions are offered.

CLAMSHELL SEALING MACHINES - RF heat sealing machines are offered in two station shuttles and multiple staion rotaries. Standard kilowatts are 4, 8, 10 and 15.

SKIN PACKAGING MACHINERY - Models range from entry level tabletop to fully automated inline continuous motion high speed units. Standard master cards sizes are available from 12" x 18" to 48" x 96". Custom sizes and features can be engineered to meet customer specifications.

DIE CUTTING & SLITTING/DIE CUTTING MACHINES - Pass through type roller die cutters using standard steel rule dies are produced. Standard widths from 22" to 70" are offered. Single and double driven roller systems fill a variety of applications. Visual's VT Series Slitting/Die Cutting Machines offer the unique ability to slit long skin boards using rotary slitting wheels, corners are rounded and hanger holes punched using a very low cost steel rule die system. These machines feature inline slitting and hydraulic cross cutting of master skin board into individual packages.

VACUUM FORMERS; Visual's sheet or roll stock vacuum formers are available from a standard size of 18" x 24" to 96" x 144" as well as custom sizes. Inline Vacuum FORMERS - Inline Vacuum formers are offered in standard roll fed inline machines with film cutoff. Individual components may then be trimmed using a Visual Roller Die Cutter or a Visual Hydraulic Press. Standard sizes from 25" x 30" and 25" x 40" are offered. Inline Pressure/Vacuum formers are preheat type with advanced technology features such as servo-driven upper and lower form platens, servo-driven trim press , servo-driven double row pin chain film advance and touch screen computer controls. Standard forming areas from 25" x 25" to 30" x 36" are offered. Custom sizes and features are available on all our thermoforming series machines.

HORIZONTAL INLINE FORM, Fill, SEAL AND TRIM MACHINES - These machines are typically used by the pharmacutical industry. The machines include a forming area to produce blisters from roll stock fed material, product filling system, lid dispencing, sealing station, embossing/perf station, trim station and scrap re-wind system. These units are also available for cold forming.
