Automatic Stretch Wrapping Systems
We can integrate a custom stretch wrap system that fully automates your stretch wrapping process and increases your line efficiency…guaranteed! An efficient stretch film delivery system pre- stretches the stretch film for efficiency and proper load containment. Systems can be configured for inline, right-angle and overhead stretch wrapping applications. Your automated packaging system can include: palletizing, pallet strapping and banding, load compression, weighing scales, top sheet dispenser, pop-up conveyor systems, load centering conveyors, labeling, and more!

Automatic Shrink Wrapping Systems
Shanklin, Arpac, Great Lakes, Ameripak and Hanagata shrink wrappers can be used to provide all levels of shrink wrapping speed and automation. All configurations of shrink equipment from rotary overwrapping to continuous motion horizontal form fill seal to vertical form fill seal are available. Your automated shrink wrap system can include: print registration, side seal, lap seal. Integrating automatic feeding and unitizing equipment with your automatic shrink wrapper maximizes the efficiency of your shrink wrapping process. Your automatic infeed can include: right angle or inline pushers, feeders, stackers, collating, inserters, labeling and inkjet coding. Automatic Shrink Bundling
Eliminate expensive corrugated cases with an efficient automatic shrink bundling system. Shrink overwrap your bottles, cans, cartons or stacks of printed materials to efficiently contain and protect your product. Your product can be wrapped while supported by a tray or in many applications, completely unsupported. Inline or right-angle bundlers are available with stackers and pushers to build your product into any configuration. Choose the bundler that meets your needs: tray wrapping, unsupported wrapping, traditional natural enclosure or full enclosure overwrap is available.

Robotics
Robots are used to automate load building and precise placement tasks. Use of robotics can reduce worker's exposure to ergonomic fatigue associated with repetitive tasks, while improving reliability and quality control.
